One day at my home in Covington Washington (just outside Seattle) while sitting on my couch, I was thumbing through a National Geographic magazine and had a clear vision of becoming a photojournalist. My love for writing and photography had been clear all throughout high school and into young adulthood. After this overwhelming feeling to chase my dream, I enrolled at Art Institute of Seattle & earned my Photography Degree in 2003 which eventually brought me to New Orleans where I officially started my career.

Over the years I was blessed with many opportunities to experience different genres of Photography. While working in a busy Commercial Photography studio, I discovered my joy and passion for Wedding Photography after helping my friend cover a wedding event. Since then, my dedication to this path of storytelling, documenting love stories, travelling and meeting so many unique couples has been one of my most exciting and fulfilling experiences in life.

Life sure has a funny way of bringing challenges that help you to grow. After years of major success building a business in New Orleans, my path took a turn that brought me to Houston TX, where I got to marry MY person! Now I am able to travel with my clients, build my business here in Texas and have a wonderful family to support me through all that comes my way! It doesn't get much better than that.
