the process

1~Connect

First, fill out the information on the contact page here so we can set up a time to chat and get all the details about your wedding day. We also need to find out if your preferred date is available on my calendar.

2~Proposal & Contract

You will receive a quote with all the details for your event. Look over all the collection specifics and the contract for any questions or changes that may need to be addressed. Then, sign the contract and pay retainer to book your date!

3~Planning

I will send out a photo shot list and timeline for you to fill out about 2 weeks before your wedding. This ensures no detail is missed and all your important photos are captured. I am also happy to hop on a call to go over any last minute details that may need to be discussed. 

4~Get Married!

I will work with all the wedding day vendors to make sure your day runs smoothly and all the most important moments, portraits, dances, laughing and everything in between is captured professionally and creatively!

5~Receive your precious Photos

I will edit your images in-house through my personalized process using the most advanced software and creative techniques. This will ensure consistency and optimal results for all your final images. You will receive a sneak peek within one week (I totally understand- it's just so hard to wait!) and the final gallery online with print rights between 6-10 weeks. Video turnaround is a bit different, if you have purchased a "highlight" video, the sneak peek 30 second mini-highlight is  typically ready within 2 weeks and remaining video up to 12 weeks. Last but not least share, post & print!
